Warranty Information

To the original purchaser from an authorized dealer only, Medi-Dyne warrants products to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship. Medi-Dyne makes no other warranties, expressed or implied relating to the products including any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall not be liable for indirect, social or consequential damages resulting of the use of these products.

Medi-Dyne’s products are covered by 1 of 4 possible warranties. Each warranty and the corresponding products are listed below. If during the warranty period the product should become defective, it may be returned with appropriate shipping/handling fee (see below) to Medi-Dyne for a replacement. Products listed under “First Use” are guaranteed against manufacturer’s imperfections only and do not include normal use periods due to the nature of the product. Please see instructions below on how to return products under warranty.

One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty – Cheetahs, CoreStretch, Diamondback Arch Supports, Energy Tracks, Gaitor Arch Supports, Personal Fatigue Mats, Polar Bears Dual Density Heel Cups, ProStretch Plus, ProStretch Unilateral and Bilateral, RangeRoller, RoadRunner Insoles, StretchRite, StepStretch Unilateral and Bilateral.
  3. Five-Day Manufacturer’s Defect Guarantee – Cho-Pat
    • We guarantee Cho-Pat items against manufacturer’s imperfections only. Please inspect the items for defects that could affect the wear and durability prior to use. We cannot exchange or refund if items were worn (except for initial try on) or soiled. Full refund, less shipping & handling, on items returned within five days, plus en route time, and in their original packaging. We will accept exchanges for size correction. Items must be purchased direct from Medi-Dyne® and not from affiliates or resellers.

  5. 2Toms Guarantee: If not completely satisfied, return package (unused portion) and a receipt/proof of purchase for a full refund.

Please complete and follow the instructions on the Return Form included with the package you received. If you did not receive a Return Form or no longer have it, call Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) at 1-800-810-1740 or email us at customersupport@medi-dyne.com. After receiving RMA#, send product and appropriate shipping/handling fee to:
