Lifetime warranty on all Medi-Dyne products with proof of purchase unless noted otherwise on packaging.

With the appropriate shipping and handling fee of $6.00 (check or money orders only, please) and we will happily repair or replace your product.

The exception being the ProStretch, StretchRite and CoreStretch which require $8.00 shipping and handling.

Guarantee and Returns
You may return new, unopened items sold by Medi-Dyne Healthcare Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and include a copy of your original receipt.   Beyond 30 days, all products are backed by the Medi-Dyne Product Warranty.

We suggest that you return your items via an insured and traceable carrier as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.  You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of our receipt of your package however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.   Refunds payments will be made in the same form that they were originally placed, either check or credit card.

Please note that it may take us 5 to 10 business days to process returns once they are received.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. Proof of purchase, copy of original receipt and upc code, must accompany return.
