1. What is the difference between the classic and heavy duty heel cups?
Both Tuli's Classic heal cups and heavy duty heel cups work with the same patented multi-cell, multi-layer "waffle" design that absorbs shock and returns impact energy just like the system naturally found in your feet. But, if you’re in need of a little extra support it’s Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups that you need. Twice as thick as Classic Heel Cups, they are perfect in athletic shoes or more spacious lace-up shoes (like work boots, running shoes, etc.).

2. What are the #’s on the bottom of the heel cups mean?
These numbers are associated with the manufacturing process and have nothing to do with size.

3. What is the difference between the ProStretch Single and the ProStretch Double? (top)

Some shoes are simply too tight fitting to accommodate a full insole, and yet not supportive enough for you to go with out. That’s when a ¾ insole is a perfect solution.

8. Does my shoe size change with an orthotic? (top)
It typically doesn’t provided your shoes are already a comfortable fit. It’s hard to beat a perfect fit coupled with great support.

Your shoes are very likely to outlive their insoles. The materials used in shoes breaks down over time. By replacing your insoles you can extend the life of your shoes two and sometimes three times there normal expectancy. Additionally, many people find that the insoles provided with a shoe often don’t provide the necessary support and comfort needed, especially for people with chronic problems or who work on their feet all day.
