Essential Heel Spurs Solution

A heel spur is a bony growth that occurs at the attachment of the plantar fascia to the heel bone. A heel spur can be the result of repetitive pulling of the plantar fascia and can be very painful if not treated and properly cushioned.

Essential Heel Spurs Solution includes the essentials for immediate relief and long-term healing:

Step 1: Immediate Relief

FOR CUSHION - Tuli’s® Dual Density Heel Cups

  • Developed for the true heel spur sufferer.
  • Provides relief by distributing pressure to the outer edges of your heel - away from your injured area.

Step 2: Long-Term Healing

FOR STRETCHING & STRENGTHENING -  ProStretch Plus® Adjustable Calf Stretcher

  • Calf, Achilles, hamstring, and plantar fascia flexibility are critical to heel pain healing.
  • Proven effective in providing a deep, gradual stretch that increases flexibility.
  • Biomechanically engineered to enable a controlled and targeted stretch.
  • Preferred by athletes, trainers, and physical therapists for over 20 years.

ProStretch® Plus, The Adjustable Calf Stretcher

What is the difference between the ProStretch Plus and ProStretch Original?

The ProStretch Plus is a little longer and wider which accommodates shoes up to size 14, and a weight limit of 300 lbs. It is adjustable for depth of stretch. By moving the heel rest up, the stretch is deepened and by moving the heel rest back, the stretch is lessened. The Plus model also includes a toe lift for advanced plantar fascia stretching.

The ProStretch Original weight limit is 250 lbs and fits adult shoes up to size 12.

Why is ProStretch Plus better than just normal stretching (on a wall, steps or curb)?

Check out our blog post "Stay Off the Curb: Stretch with ProStretch Plus" to find out why the ProStretch plus gives a superior stretch.

Do I need to use the ProStretch Plus while wearing shoes? Can I just wear socks?

The ProStretch Plus should be used while wearing shoes with a supportive, rubber sole.

What if my foot hangs off of the ProStretch Plus?

ProStretch Plus is intended for shoe sizes 14 or below. If your foot hangs off, that is absolutely fine if you do not use the adjustable toe piece. You are still able to obtain full use of the device even if it may look a little funny.

If your shoe size is 14 or greater, you should use the ProStretch Wood.

Do I have to stand while using the ProStretch Plus or can it be used in a seated position?

The ProStretch Plus can be used to provide therapy for a number of indications. Exercises and positions for each indication are provided in our instruction manual and video. You can find both of these on our Videos and User Guides page.

StretchRite, Stretching Strap

What are the plastic things on the StretchRite for?

The plastic pieces of the StretchRite are the handles you hold while stretching. They are designed to be easy to grip and allow for progressive stretching programs. You can increase your stretch by advancing to the next hand grip position.

What exercises can be done with StretchRite?

The product manual (provided with purchase) includes exercises and an instructional video is available online. You can find both of these on our Videos and User Guides page.

Is StretchRite adjustable for different heights?

The StretchRite has adjustable buckles at the end of the handles to allow for customizable length.
